Teething...

Drooling, gnawing, fussy, sleepless baby...yep! That's what we have right now!

But still as cute and sweet as ever ;)

Grandpa's Girl

When we got to the cabin, I asked Makenna if she wanted to go see Grandpa. She started saying "gapa, gapa?" with her hands in the air, like she was looking for him. So we started up the driveway on our search for gapa.

She stopped to look at some weeds...

Ran as fast as she could...

And went right into her gapa's arms.

She follows him around everywhere, hoping that he will take her outside, down to the beach, or for a ride on the moon buggy or jet ski. Makenna sure loves my dad.

First Ponytail!

Finally, after 16 months, Makenna has enough hair for a ponytail. I tried to put two in, but I think she still needs a little more hair before she can pull that off. She actually left it in all afternoon too!
